Consultation & Design

We can work from your finished designs, collaborate on design modifications, or create something entirely new using Mastercam and SolidWorks. We can even do backwards design engineering from an existing part or product.

3D Printing & Prototyping

If you'd like to evaluate the size and fit of a new part before using more expensive materials or committing to a production run, our team can create a 3D-printed prototype to allow you to handle and test the product.

CNC Milling

Our late-model, 4-axis computer numerically controlled mills can perform precise machining with tight tolerances on a variety of materials, including carbon and stainless steel, aluminum alloys and exotic metals.

CNC Turning

Similar to our milling capabilities, our late-model computer numerically controlled lathes offer 3-axis turning with live-tooling capabilities across a variety of metals for both high- and low-volume production runs.

Fabrication

In addition to machining raw materials, we offer many metal fabrication services to create parts and equipment for a variety of industries. These services include cutting, bending, forming, and MIG and TIG welding.
